The project site is in Georgetown Guyana located along the Rupert Craig Highway. The proposed hotel is modern with subtle cultural elements indicative of the tropical context interwoven into the design. A grand lobby greets hotel guests and visitors with a bar, café and restaurant and a pool area a few steps away so that entertainment and leisure can begin within moments upon arrival. Guest rooms facing north will have an amazing view of the sea and the Historic Riverwalk which will be a feature of this project.
