This authentic Brazilian-American churrascaria (steakhouse) marries the delectable cuisine of southern Brazil whereby the gauchos (South American cowboys) would cook feasts for their family and friends, serving the delicious sizzling meats on long skewers. This spacious restaurant facilitates the traditional display of table-side carving of sizzling meats by the gauchos; a show of skill and festive gift giving. Passionate hand-painted faux red walls, trimmed with dark exotic woods are reflective of the timber-framed barns that housed these culinary feasts on the South American plains. The space evokes a warm, jovial atmosphere reminiscent of a luxurious, beautifully hand-crafted room.
